The Royce Card: a navy and cobalt prepaid Mastercard. The Royce logo sits at the upper left above a champagne-gold chip and the contactless symbol, a private jet stands on a lit runway across the centre right, and the Mastercard logo sits in the lower right corner.

The connected journey

One balance moves. The other one trades.

Your wallet and your trading account stay separate. Eligible available funds move between them, and the card spends from the wallet — never from an open position.

Trading Account Royce Wallet Royce Card

Trading account

Where you fund and trade. Only funds that are available and withdrawable can move out of it, following the applicable checks.

Trade

Royce Wallet

A dedicated balance that sits alongside your trading account. Transfers run in either direction, and the wallet is what funds the card.

Transfer

Royce Card

Spends the wallet balance wherever Mastercard is accepted, subject to programme availability, your jurisdiction and applicable limits.

Spend

Inside the wallet

Two balances. One clear view.

The wallet shows what you can spend today, separately from what is committed to trading. Nothing is blended, so you always know which is which.

  • Wallet balance and trading-account balance shown apart, never combined
  • Transfers in both directions, subject to the applicable checks
  • Card purchases listed against the wallet that funded them

Questions

Before you apply.

Who is eligible for the Royce Card?

Eligibility depends on your client status, your jurisdiction and the completion of identity and address verification. Programme availability varies by country, and not every Royce client will qualify. Your eligibility is confirmed when you request the card from the client area.

Is the card free?

There is no card issuance fee for eligible Royce clients — issuing the card itself costs you nothing.

That does not make the programme free of charges. Other fees may apply, including transaction, foreign-exchange, replacement and withdrawal fees. Every applicable charge is set out in the Royce Card & Wallet fee schedule, which is provided before you complete your request.

How do I fund my wallet?

You can fund the Royce Wallet directly using the funding methods available to your account and jurisdiction, or by transferring eligible available funds from your Royce trading account. Transfers from a trading account are limited to funds that are available and withdrawable, and are subject to the applicable checks.

Can I spend money directly from my trading account?

No. The card spends from your Royce Wallet balance only.

Open positions, margin, unrealised profit and any bonus credit cannot be spent through the card. To make those funds spendable, they must first become available and withdrawable, and then be transferred into your wallet.

Where can I use the card?

The card can be used for everyday shopping and purchases wherever Mastercard is accepted, subject to programme availability, your jurisdiction, applicable limits and the programme terms.

What fees, limits and restrictions apply?

Fees, transaction and balance limits, and jurisdictional restrictions are governed by the Royce Card & Wallet programme terms and the applicable fee schedule. Both are provided to you before you complete your card request, and any changes are notified in accordance with those terms.

How do I report a lost or stolen card?

Report a lost or stolen card immediately so it can be blocked. You can do this from the Royce client area, or by contacting Royce support at support@roycecapitals.com. The dedicated card support line is published with your card documentation.
