The treatment of Bonus Credit during trading losses depends on the configuration approved for the relevant Bonus Account.
Where Royce management expressly approves and enables the Losable Bonus feature, some or all Bonus Credit may be consumed through trading losses.
Where it has not been enabled, Bonus Credit is treated according to the applicable promotional-credit, credit-removal and margin rules.

90 Days of Eligibility

Built for Genuine Trading
The Bonus Account is designed for genuine market trading. Ordinary discretionary trading and legitimate automated strategies may be permitted, and normal legitimate trading is not automatically treated as abuse.
The Bonus must not be used primarily to exploit promotional value through the practices listed. Confirmed abuse may result in removal of Bonus Credit and other measures under the Terms.
