All Royce Capitals legal agreements and policies are issued and displayed exclusively in English. This preserves their intended meaning and supports clear, consistent interpretation. Assistance may be available in other languages through Client Support, but such assistance is general in nature and does not constitute an official translation, legal interpretation or amendment of the English documents.

Read the Complaints Handling PolicyThe documents in this centre are published for information and do not replace the Client Agreement accepted by a client, which names the contracting Royce entity and governs the services provided to that client. Where a policy and the Client Agreement address the same matter, the Client Agreement prevails in accordance with the order of precedence stated in it. Trading leveraged products such as forex and CFDs carries a substantial risk to your capital and may not be suitable for all investors.
